I have had the pleasure of participating in 3 classes this year so far and each one was truly great! The Culinary Pro, Ms. Paullete is so knowledgable, has fantastic personal skills and makes each student believe they can creatively cook! I have Multiple Sclerosis and my hours in her classes help me forget about any disability aspects of my body because with my hands I am 100% functional and always feel 100% happy and successful while there (even when I slip up on an ingredient or so, or knicked my finger with a knife once, haha). The other ladies and gentelmen in class alongside me are so fun to work with, talk to and COOK with, I enjoy all the new people have met! Just the most tasteful experience ever!!!
