My son started Swift 6 years ago and it has been life changing for him. He has grown into a strong and confident student who knows himself and his learning style well enough to self advocate. The teachers and staff have been wonderful. It makes a tremendous difference when the teachers have the training and can focus on your child's learning style. It also is a positive morale booster when everyone around you also thinks like you do so you learn you're not the only one who learns differently. My daughter is in her second year at Swift and it's amazing to see who she's become. She came to Swift after her self esteem had been crushed in public school. She is now thriving and is full of positive energy. In her first year alone, she doubled her testing scores. Again, amazing what the right learning environment can do for a student and allow them to meet their full potential. Her self esteem has returned and she has become a dynamic and vibrant leader in her class. Truly, an overall positive experience for our family.

Swift School in Roswell is easily a great school, I would choose excellent if able to. My daughter began attending Swift in third grade following a diagnosis of moderate dyslexia. She has learned to read at Swift, but more importantly, she has NO GAPS in her curriculum because her entire school day is spent in a place that teaches in a way she understands. She spends her days with classmates who are like her, with varying strengths and needs of course, so she has become comfortable with her dyslexia, confident with the tricks and tools she now knows to ask for, and use like a ninja; and this is invaluable! What stands out to me the most when I think of Swift is that Swift School provides a custom education for their students. What a student needs, a student gets, and they don't go unnoticed. It's amazing!

My son started at the Swift School in 2nd grade. He has made so much progress in reading and loves learning as a result of the nurturing environment and supportive teachers and staff. Learning to read in the OG way has made an enormous difference. We are so grateful for a school that looks at all of his strengths as well as supporting him in improving in areas that are more difficult.

I had Gail Swift as my first grade teacher at the Schenck school 24 years ago. I never profess to be perfect. Like most seven year olds I was searchig for my place in the world. However she made up vicious lies about my behavior and told these to my impressionable first time parents who at least partially believed them. Asa result I was told I would be expelled and my life would be ruined. (Stayed at Schenck 2 more. Years with no noteable problems and graduated from UGA). As a result of being told I was going to be a complete failure in life with nowhere to turn I tried to kill myself at 7 years old. My parents finally believed me and I got the backing I needded. In my opinion Gail preys on some of her young students for some sick reason. Sorry I felt a duty to share.

My son has had an amazing and transformative experience at Swift. If your child is dyslexic this is the school that helps them soar in reading, confidence and character.
