Primrose schools have been a HUGE part of my child's advancement in education. My son has been enrolled in Primrose School of Suwanee for the past four years, and it has been one of the best investments I have made. The staff will communicate with you on a very personal level, the classrooms are always in mint condition and extremely sanitary. Most importantly, your children will be coming home to you with such a curious mind and will unleash so much knowledge on us from what they have learned. If you want to advance your child's mind and see beyond exceptional results in knowledge and behavior, Primrose School of Suwanee will be having you jump with joy when it is all said and done. THANK YOU PRIMROSE SCHOOL OF SUWANEE!!

Primrose is a wonderful school! It is clean, cheerful and most importantly always reliable. We have two children enrolled in Primrose School of Suwanee. We are very happy with the school experience both in the preschool setting as well as infant room. Our kids are excited to go to school. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about child development. My husband and I really appreciate the open, bright and clean classrooms as well. The communication between staff and parents is excellent. This school has the tadpoles software which allows us to get photo and video updates to let us know what is going on during the day. A daily report is sent home and the staff is always happy to talk at the end of the day.

The teachers in my daughters room were good with her but the management at the front desk was sub-par and they are still charging us even though she hasn't been enrolled for two weeks. Every time we go in to dispute it they state "Well look into it" and then NEVER get back to us. If you like to keep your money, don't go here.

Let's delve into the horrrible world that is this "Primrose" name. If you have a child in this school, they would be more safe being watched by your dog at home. They never have enough staff to be in ratio in the classrooms. They are in violation of MANY things that the state is aware of. They don't serve any nutritional food. It's all prepackacked junk and high fructose corn syrup because the owners are so cheap. As far as the owners and "higher ups", they're all fake and have no problem lying to your face to get your money. They have no moral compass, and honestly the world would be a better place without them. I would NEVER recommend this school to anyone with children. STAY AWAY.

I've had a great experience with the owners. They are friendly and always ask how things are going when I see them. There is a separate full time director that obviously has more parent involvement and interaction, because that is the businesses structure. Some of the reviews drop the owner's names and are basically calling them cheap and greedy which I find offensive and rife with stereotypes. If they purchased the business a year ago, I expect changes, especially with staff. Turnover is common in child care unfortunately. The daily updates of 3 snacks and lunch, video and detailed activities of my son's day are appreciated. Our son's teacher has taught for 10yrs and her TA is great as well. I'm not sure how much control the owner's have over price since it's a franchise but if it could be a tad more affordable that's alwaya a good thing.
