The teachers and the staff at Primrose are absolutely wonderful! They are very attentive to you and your child's specific needs and will work with you accordingly. My daughter is 11 months old and has never been to "school" before. So, of course I was worried about how she would do with separation anxiety and socializing. But, she did great on her first day! Her teacher (Susan) was so interactive and nurturing with her. She was made to feel very comfortable. I could not ask for a better, more experienced teacher. One of the things that attracted me the most to Primrose is that they provide a very cultivating learning environment. There program is highly structured and thoroughly geared towards education and character development. I love that my daughter is being challenged and is gaining educationally from their program, even at 11 months. They are even teaching sign language in her class! It is a great school and I highly recommend it!

I enrolled my 3 year old son on September 14, 2015 and paid the $100 registration fee and received a really cute book bag in return. The staff has been really kind and professional so far. The only issue that I'm having involves the tadpole system. Its a daily reporting system that shows what my child performance, etc. I was told by the end of each school day I would receive an email with my child's daily progress. Its week three and I have yet to receive one email. Last week I received one sheet of paper showing my child's progress for that day. I have called on 3 occasions and talked to Hannah and Taylor and they assured me that the problem would be resolved. We are going on week four and still nothing has been resolved. Its frustrating because I am unsure of what's going on throughout my child's day. My husband and I work full time, so we are unable to sit in school with him. I have only heard good things about Primrose schools and I want my son to continue to attend, but I really feel that somethings need to be resolved sooner than later. When I'm required to pay registration and tuition on time I should receive daily updates on my child's performance. Thanks!
