The Primrose School of Duluth West was truly amazing, we could not have asked for better care for our daughter. She received an enormous amount of attention, care, and love from all members of the staff. Dropping off our new six week old baby at a daycare center was not easy; however, her time spent at Primrose (6 weeks to 6 months) was fantastic, and exceeded our family’s expectations. The various art projects, email pictures, and daily updates were much appreciated. Moving away from the local area, we only hope to find a daycare in our new location that is as good as Primrose. In summary, if you are looking for a clean, safe, and loving environment for your child, then I would highly recommend Primrose of Duluth West.

My older son attended this Primrose and we had a very positive experience. The owners are dedicated to providing compassionate care to all students. Likewise, the faculty are very passionate about teaching. I would strongly recommend this school if you are sincere about providing your kids with a high quality pre-school experience.

My daughter is currently 22 months old. My husband and I moved her to this Primrose location after being dissatisfied with her previous school about 14 months ago...and we have never looked back!!! She started in the infant class where she was very well taken care of. She was exclusively on breast milk and homemade baby food. All of our dietary requests were respected and honored. She has since moved through the young toddler, and now early preschool class. Her development has progressed and excelled in each. The Primrose curriculum is amazing. As far as administration goes, the owner is very present (see him at least a few times per month). The director is inviting, caring and accessible. She knows all the children by name, and doesn't hesitate to jump into the classroom and get down on the floor with the kids when necessary. Anytime the school has experienced changes, good and bad, the parents are made aware and kept abreast of the situation. Lastly, the school demographics are diverse (both the children and the teachers), exposing the children to different cultures. We love it!

We are saddened to read the previous reviews and feel compelled to reply. We moved our children from another school. We love our teachers and feel that he administration has been accommodating of our needs. More importantly our children are learning and growing and well cared for. The awful extended posts seem to be very specific and posted with malice. We are fond of this school and would not leave our children there if we were even the least bit concerned with their safety!

Both of my children attend Primrose School of Duluth and I have been impressed with the curriculum that is being taught; the professionalism of the staff; the wonderful meals; and the kindness and love that is shown to them on a daily basis. New owners, Matthew and Chris Weiss, are top notch and truly have a vested interest in the well-being of all the children that attend their school! I am looking forward to many more years at this school.
