My child went here for less than a year and we removed her after that. The only reason we didn't pull her out earlier was because of her teacher. She had such a fantastic teacher who we really loved. The downsides of the school are far too great to outweigh the good. It is a very run down building. They are clearly out of space, as everything from the hallways to the classrooms are crowded. The classes are smaller overall, but you can still have 20 kids in a classroom. For example, there were two kindergarten classes, each with approximately 20 students. The building almost looked in disarray...holes in the ceiling throughout and frequently trying to do repairs to keep up. The outside area is deplorable, as it sits amongst multiple trucking companies. There are no good green areas for the kids to play in. Their open "field" has far too much dirt and not enough grass. I counted too many times when the front door was left unlocked and no staff monitoring the entrance. Even a few times, the side doors were left unlocked and unattended. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but in the end, my child's education came first and we had to remove her. This school needs to realize that they need a better space. They are out of space and in a crumbling building. Time to make some drastic changes to improve the infrastructure or just throw in the towel.

Small school that really feels like family, all the teachers of every grade knows both of my children's names which makes my children more comfortable. They stay on the ball when it comes to my questions and concerns. After going with a charter school my kids won't go to public school

I went to that school since the 3rd grade. it was good back then but it is terrible now. Not only is the school cheap with bad administration but when I was attacked by a kid with a pair of scissors last year no police were called however when a girl lost a dollar that same year the police were called. Do not send your children to this horrible excuse for a charter school

This is not a good school. Well at least for middle school. I went there this year and they teachers give so much homework that when you do it, they don't even put it in the grade book. They are not well organized. I didn't have a good year at all. They don't have a great euducation at all. I felt as if I was learning nothing. I felt like I was falling behind and not learning anything. I don't not recommend this school at all. 🙂
