Awful system, liar persons. Parents don't be the big mistake to leave your child's in there. No good manners.

The CEO obviously doesn't care enough about children or her school; this private school is expensive for my child and I don't see any real growth. I liked Ms. Davis, but the new principal is sneeky and complains about everyone. Bad administration blames their workers. Ms. Davis was fired after years of building that school. They cover the failures well, and if they do not like your personality or do not need you, they fire you. If you ask a question you never receive a direct answer but you receive a hostile one. They use a lot of psychological manipulation instead of trained professionals. Their basic workers are skilled but with all the problems in structure it is clear management is incompetent but image sells. They have been sued. The same teachers in the classroom working many positions. The children are not fed quality food. The children have manners and poor learning retention. They are visibly unhappy because happy students are eager to learn. I encourage any parent to sit in every class for a week without notice and ask the students about what they like and dislike. I encourage every staff to sit in the position for a week before accepting a position. I remember Ms. Davis talked to my child and my child now says she is afraid of the new director. The children only get 2 hours a week to play-learn and have 30+ hours of rules and work each week. The method of teaching is 'busy work'. The students are expected to self-teach, self-regulate behavior, and the administration is unstructured.

As a College student, the atmosphere and staff were very professional, loving, willing and full of joy. The children were cared for as if they were their own. So many great things... Awesome director. Mrs. Davis is a great asset to this organization.
