Our granddaughter is a freshman and had hoped to join the volleyball team but, she didn't do well at tryouts...But one of the teachers suggested she try out for track! She is doing excellent and found her sport ! As her grandmother I am pleased to say that she was not forgotten about and someone saw her potential to want to get involved in something that is for her. I love you all for your support on behalf of our granddaughter!

I really enjoyed my freshman year at Mother McAuley High School. As empowering female role models, my teachers always pushed me to perform at my best level. The amount of support I received from friends and classmates was also very uplifting at times. I would say, however, that there is a lot of pressure to think about your grades and resume. At a certain point I believe this is good, but as a freshman it was stressful to constantly be reminded that colleges are "always looking for the very best." As my Mother McAuley experience continues, I hope to learn more from amazing teachers and feel the presence of the mercy spirit.

My daughters attend Mother McAuley, I love the staff and I couldn't be happier with the level of education my girls are getting. I would recommend anyone looking to enroll their kids at a Catholic High School to visit Mother McAuley. You will not be disappointed.

This school is very discrimatory. Unless you are the captain of your sports team, are at the top of your class, or regularly kiss the ass of your dean, you will be treated like you are nothing. For my senior class speech given by our dean, she spoke about a hand full of students that she favored, then ended her speech. It was once of the most hurtful things I've ever experienced. We expected a heartfelt goodbye, when all we were made to feel was excluded. Not only that, but the high school is extremly homophobic and transphobic. They strictly prohibit same sex dates, and if you are romantically involved with an individual as the same gender as your own, they will promptly inform your parents (which is illegal, for those that want to take action). They strive to achieve conformity, so if you are one that tends to be creative and stand out, this is not the school for you. Please, if you are going to send you daughter here, please think twice. The predjudice and hate I experienced here was enough to harm me for a lifetime. If your daughter is unique or special in any way, she WILL be torn to pieces until she decides to conform to their standards. Please PLEASE save your child from years of self deprication and send them to Marist. They are at least a tad better than McAuley.
