Kindhearted women work here--homelike atmosphere.

As a first-time mother I was extremely cautious who would be caring for my child. I did my homework and found Hosanna-Tabor to be the best in town!!! The location is incredible, it’s in the middle of a neighborhood and away from busy roads….surrounded by mature trees that are filled with wildlife. It has a fun, modern and safe playground. The daycare a is located in the school of Hosanna-Tabor , the big kids are friendly, and know the little kids names. The director Robin is the nicest person you will ever meet; she is very sweet and surrounds herself with caregivers who are the same. Miss Lisa gets the children into doing craft projects….it’s so much fun to have keepsakes from this time in the child’s life. The place is spotless which is amazing to me with all the toddlers running around. I would highly recommend the daycare at Hosanna-Tabor.

Bottom line is you want your child to go to this center! We were blessed with a recommendation to Hosanna Tabor for my 9 month old son. We attended a year, then I had a second baby and became a stay-at-home-mom. I cried the day I made the decision to become a stay-at-home-mom because it meant my second child would never go to HT, and my older son had to stop going. I was excited to be staying home, but felt by leaving HT we were leaving family. Exactly how I wanted my daycare to be for my kids: like home. It is a safe, positive, enriching environment for children with loving, patient caregivers. (Even 6 months after we left HT, the director still send us an email wishing my oldest a happy birthday. It really meant a lot to us.) They did really adorable projects with the kids (sometimes hand/footprint style) which I treasure. They really got to know my son as an individual and would communicate daily about his behavior/learning and needs. They were really receptive too all special requests (even cloth diapering!!) and worked with us to ensure our son got the best care and nurturing every single day. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for daycare.

I can't say enough good things about Hosanna Tabor Lutheran Early Childhood Center. My son Gabriel attended from 2012 until this year at both the daycare and the preschool. I have to say, I was nervous at first. Despite the fact that my son is my third child, I had never needed daycare services before. I felt immediately put at ease by Robyn Wiggins, the director of the program. They have a very open door policy and you are welcome to check in at any time. Miss Lisa in DC always swooped in to pick up my little guy and give him lots of hugs and attention which really helped the transition process for him. The people working there truly care about the children and I never once felt uncomfortable about anything. I had a peace of mind that he was being well taken care of. Last year, he attended the preschool program. Miss Bekah is so great with the kids! She is very kind and sweet, and lots of fun! She really has a way with letting the kids learn and explore without letting them just run wild ;) I can't believe the amount of activities she could plan for one day! I highly recommend both the daycare and preschool program. I have told lots of friends about it!
