As someone who has been to this school overall I think it's great, but it is definitely not for everyone. I was one of the only students who went to a public school for most of their life and it was NOT an easy transition. The students and teachers are overall nice and good people but the work is SO hard! I was more stressed and miserable than I had every been in this school and had no self worth because I failed a lot of classes due to the excessive and difficult workload (I was a really good student at my old school with great grades) and the fact that I barley made any friends and was an outcast. There were a lot of positives like awesome trips and I've seen students do amazing things there but I would definitely not recommend this school to most people because this school wasn't made for most people, it was made for a certain type of people. It really depends on you to make the decision for yourself and most likely you'll have a good experience, just know that not everyone who goes there is happy.

Although the academics at FSMH are superior, it is what my child gets beyond the academics that makes it such a special place. At FSMH, the focus is on critical thinking, responsibility to others, our community, and the world around us, and appreciating the unique contribution of each member of the community. The intellectual and personal growth I have seen in my child is amazing. FSMH is a small community where the students are able to get the personal attention that allows them to thrive. If you've even once considered sending your child there, take the time to see for yourself the fertile, welcoming learning environment!

Friends School Mullica Hill is a school which builds on the foundation of a child's belief and value system while providing a rich education. The Quaker values are taught and woven into all areas of the school. The environment is one of openness and inclusiveness which fosters intellectual and personal growth for all children. Friends School is an special place with amazing administrators, staff, teachers, and children.

FSMH feels more like a family than a school. I'm amazed at how the teachers are able to balance fun with real learning. I wish I could have gone to FSMH when I was a kid!
