We transferred from another private daycare in the area after a severe biting incident. The administrative staff moved very quickly and were able to get our son enrolled overnight. The facility is ALWAYS in pristine condition and the staff is always welcoming and loving to our son. The staff always calls him by his first name as they welcome him into the center daily. We are extremely pleased with the center and their staff. Our son laughs and claps his hands when he goes in the morning and runs and jumps into the arms of his teachers. Most evenings when we pick up our son, he doesn't want to leave and he now blows kisses at his favorite teachers. "Mail day" is his favorite when he gets letters in the "mail," from mommy and daddy. Primrose is a great facility, both inside and out! We will refer all of our friends and their kiddos to Primrose for their early-educational needs!

We have been taking our 13 month old son to this daycare since he was 3 months old. They are WONDERFUL! The classrooms are always very clean. Every teacher he has had we have loved and has been great with him. They do countless arts and crafts and other activities with the babies. Couldn't be happier with this Primrose Daycare. ❤

The word disappointment pretty much sums up my whole experience.

Primrose school of Reynoldsburg seemed to offer everything I was looking for in a private school for my daughter. A newly built school with bright beautiful classrooms, conveniently located and a well-rounded curriculum with a balance between play and learning. Well what I have learned is that everything that glitters is not gold. I have a number of complaints (lack of communication and switching of classrooms) but I will focus on the most serious one. My daughter came home on multiple occasions stating she was bullied (physical and verbal) by other children and each time the teachers did not witness the incidents. We spoke with management and her teachers on multiple occasions and we feel they did not address our concerns. We were informed their teachers see everything and our daughter is telling us she is being bullied for attention and so that she would not have to return to school. How can teachers see everything? The preschool 2 classroom grew to a ratio of 1:14. How can one teacher see everything 14 active 3-year-old children are doing every second of the day? The owner informed us if our daughter is too afraid to speak up and tell the teachers when she is being bullied that Primrose School of Reynoldsburg was not the school for her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PRIMROSE SCHOOL OF REYNOLDSBURG!!!

While the turnover rate at Primrose seems high, the site does a good job of filling openings in a timely manner with qualified employees. I have been sending my children to this school for over a year and it has been amazing the knowledge my children have attained during the time at the school. I've experience Early Pre-school, Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten, and I can't say everything has been perfect (nothing is ever perfect, especially when it comes to kids), what I can say is the staff will do what they can to rectify a problem, so long as you let them know about it. I've saw another review saying no one was manning the door when they arrived. In my experience, this is generally caused by a need to attend to something within the building and happens rarely. Since entry to the facility is controlled by a keypad, it isn't like just anyone can wander in, in addition there are cameras all thru the facility for added security. Thank you Primrose for helping my children grow and develop the skills they need to move onto 1st grade.
