I had a horrific experience with this center, I truly hope that it improves for the sake of the children and babies still going there. My son was enrolled there for almost 4 months, and our experience went from meh to completely unacceptable. Our last month there, the turnover in the infant room was crazy! Random new teachers every few days and we had issues ranging from my son sitting in dirty diapers (developing chronic diaper rash which improved the day we switched centers)...he has literally not had a rash since leaving. Other issues included him being sat in a bouncer for hours so that the “teachers” could get their cleaning and texting of pictures done (which led to him being neglected and unfed). When I approached management they were defensive and rude. There were some good teachers there (Eva, Michelle, etc) but the new hires were completely unqualified and terrible. Feel free to message me for more details, but I want to reiterate to trust your gut no matter what. There are some amazing programs nearby but also some money-hungry bad apples. Do your research!

The teachers are very responsible, staff are very helpful and friendly. My two kids both have great time there. I love the daily reports and the pics.

My daughter (4.5) and son (2.5) have attended The Goddard School in Broadview Heights since infancy. Our experience has been excellent. Management has always been responsive and compassionate when I have expressed concerns. Moreover, management has been very accommodating of my changing work schedule. The teachers at this Goddard School are kind, caring, attentive, and extremely creative with respect to the numerous fun and educational activities they have planned for the kids each day. For example, this year the school held a fashion show during Earth Week in which the kids wore outfits and accessories made from recylable materials. Since then, my kids have been interested in recycling our household trash, and constantly request to pick up litter they notice in our community. This tells me that The Goddard School is teaching them to be good citizens and friends, in addition to working on traditional classroom lessons. Indeed, The Goddard School teachers have managed to get my toddler son to consistently say, "please", "thank you", and "your welcome." (I had not been as successful on my own.) My kids share my enthusiasm for The Goddard School; they often request to go to school even on their days at home. We are so pleased with our experience at this school and the care our kids have received there that we have enrolled our third child (due in the fall). I cannot think of a way to more highly recommend a school or daycare than to entrust one's children to the care of its staff!

I have 2 children at Goddard Broadview Hts, and I highly recommend it to any parent that is considering child care. I am surprised to see any negative feedback because I have only had positive results for the past 3 years. But, with a high quality child care center I think it is expected to have high demands from the parents. The management is very approachable, they know every child, and they have stopped me to individually discuss my kids before. I love that. The teachers have a genuine enthusiasm to connect with the kids, which is probably worth even more than the great curriculum and lessons that they teach every day. I'm amazed at how much my kids are learning at such an early age. And I am so proud when they come home and want to show me! It's honestly worked out better than I had expected because I was very apprehensive to send my kids to a "day care". Goddard makes it easy, and in fact my kids actually want to go to school and see their teachers and friends every day.

I stopped in for a tour one day last week at 5:30. I waited in the alcove area, rang the bell several times and no one ever came to the door. A mom was leaving as I was standing there and she said she'd look for someone to show me around. She couldn't find anyone and told me I don't want to go there anyway. Management is unapproachable, rude or clueless (depending on who you talk to), turn over is awful and the few good staff that is left have said they are actively looking for new jobs. She just enrolled her child at a center in Brecksville with several other families who have left this Goddard. I went there Friday, someone answered the door and I enrolled my 3 children on the spot. I didn't catch this lady's name, but thanks for the tip. This makes our move to Broadview Heights a little easier. I'll see you in June!
