This school is fantastic! The kids have so much fun together and are amazingly kind to one another. I've seen 4th graders playing Battleship with kindergartners. Awesome. The half day is such a blessing. We get to see our guy for lunch and he has enough time to finish homework and pay attention to his little siblings. Very good curriculum and we love the emphasis on reading. Keep it up Paideia!

Wow! This school actually lives out its mission statement ! This is an excellent atmosphere, which can be rare in Christian schools today, because it embodies both, solid- truth content with a standard, as well as genuine grace. It is refreshing to see a healthy balance lived out in a school setting. The unique half-day, 8-noon, M-Fri. model is a finance-saver as well as a practical time asset. It allows children to be a part of extra activities after school, such as speech club , swimming, skiing. etc, or serving in their community; all with margin leftover for childhood fun. Their 1-2 hours of homework is so do-able for their schedules. They take pride in owning their own work, since it is so well laid-out and organized for them by their teachers. Children are set up to succeed. Great field trips fuel the excitement too; 5/6th loved the art museum and 3rd/4th were enamored with the rock museum. As a former public school teacher for 15 years and homeschooling mom of classical curriculum for 6 years, I have critiqued the classes/conduct of these children and found them to be genuinely honorable, admirable, academically unmatched, and simply just appealing to be around. There is undoubtedly enthusiastic evidence of both, truth and love. Teachers here are, competent, consistent, and compassionate in their effort to support parents training children up in the admonition of the Lord. It is refreshing to see kids be set free to learn; experiencing joy in the classical classroom. Gregarious, belly-gut laughter can be heard in their morning recitations. The respect throughout the school is magnetic. Recess is the most "telling" of all, as that is when a person can see the true character of a child, plus the principles he/she has been taught, in use, by choice. Show me any other school where 6th grade boys play self-controlled and kindly with kindergartners, all of their own volition. May our Holy God lavishingly pour his blessings on Paideia, as only He can. May zealous "Paideians" shine like stars, piercing the darkness with light, in both their private and public lives for for all this generation to witness ! And...may whoever reads this, come observe for yourself .
