Orion Child Development Center

My children had the privilege of attending Orion Child Development Center and absolutely loved it. They often talk about the fun times they had with their friends, especially while playing outside! I am thankful to the teachers for their dedication to my children's education and overall growth. I always knew they were receiving excellent love and care while they were at Orion. I would highly recommend Orion to any family looking for a quality Child Development Center!

They would leave children outside in absolutely scorching heat with no water. Speaking of which, they do not offer the children water except from the sink.... This is not a daycare service it is a babysitting service and not that great of one either. When picking up our child he would be sitting outside sweating while the employees were on their cell phones. This place is cheap and you get what you pay for....do yourself a favor and pass.

I have a child attending Orion Child Development Center. My child has been there since the age of 2months and continues to attend. I am in love with the center and the director and all of the teachers involved at the center. This is the only place I would feel comfortable leaving my child. They have a great program that my child absolutely loves and always looks forward to going back the next day. Their program is superb and they have a well rounded team to deliver that program for each child. My sister, dad and mom has also had the opportunity to pick up my child from the center and they have all learned that this is a very impressive center with outstanding caregivers. I cannot rate this center high enough - Above excellent in my book!

This child development center far exceeds that the big centers or more expensive nursery school offered. I had the kids in a larger child development center, but I'd never go back after experiencing Orion. The personal care is so much better. The staff is great and my kids are so happy to go here. The following are notes written to the Center that we are proud to share: I have many friends who often tell me about the terrible experiences at their day care. Being a teacher, It was very important to me to find a center for my children where they could learn and acquire developmental skills that were appropriate for their age. I have two children and therefore have been with Orion for almost five years now and it has been the best decision I could have ever made for my children. It is such a relief to know that I am leaving my child in a safe and caring environment where the emphasis is on sharing and being a good friend. Not to mention their enriching curriculum at every stage. Upon entering Kindergarten, my son was so well prepared due to the wonderful job that the teachers at Orion did with him. I love that Orion has a private outdoor area that is safe and fun for my child to play in. Orion also offers a flexible schedule with many options to choose from. I know when I was looking at other daycares many of them only offered full time. I highly recommend Orion Child Development Center to anyone who is exploring the option for day care, pre-school or pre-kindergarten. Brea The greatest assets the daycare has to offer is the staff. The staff are very caring and loving. They do not treat the children in a cookie cutter environment. The children are obviously loved and treated individually with love and understanding. You can have the most modern school, the best toys, rules to satisfy everyone, but if you do not have caring, nurturing staff that are loving and giving, recognizing each child as an individual with individual needs then you just have a cookie cutter environment. The staff I found here are extremely special. I just do not hear other parents at other day cares expressing the value of the staff. My granddaughter spends 6 to 8 hours a day here, the people who care for her have a strong influence on her values and personality. I feel she is in a thirving environment. I feel my children have had loving nurturing care. From infant years through to the pre-k years, it has been exciting to watch them learn and grow. Orion has been one of the biggest influences on their lives. They are well prepared for their schooling and social lives.
