My son went the infant room here. From the day one, we never got a greeting or even a smiling face. Rather, the teachers were out right rude and lacking basic skills of communication. My then 10 month old son had more than 3 events when he got hurt, and the teachers had no idea how he got scratched or bruised under the eye. Many a times we noticed teachers were just chatting while the babies were left crying in the crib. When the issue was escalated to the management, they were clearly not concerned or interested in looking into the matter. In fact, I was told that teachers were uncomfortable being asked question or even me visiting to check on my son. Even upon many requests, we were not getting routine photo or details about how my son was learning or getting involve in the daily activities. Soon it was clear to us that our son was not being cared for and the teacher and management had no interest to improve or change the way of handling a parent's concern. The only teacher who probably cared for my son was Ms. Danielle. Cannot comment on other classes in this Goddard School, but our experience of the infant room was absolutely disappointing!

We were part of the Goddard school for a little less than a year and the decision to leave was one of the hardest! We were in the infant room and the teachers were excellent! They really took the time to get to know our daughter, and we felt that they truly loved her and her them. She was so happy to be there every day and smiling at pick up! Miss Danielle, Miss Cristina, Miss Amanda and Miss Betty are awesome! John, Lucille and Deanna were all wonderful to us as well. We had such a kind send off and appreciate everything they did for our family!

My daughter will start her third year this September. The staff and owners are amazing. My daughter cries when I leave, yet the teachers distract her and comfort her so I can leave on time to get to work. The art projects are laminated and her academic success is astonishing. My daughter comes home talking about Earth, the Sun and Moon, she amazes me. My infant will also start at Goddard because we are so happy!

The owners are friendly, professional, and truly care about each child. The facility is always impeccably clean. The teachers are top notch. They plan fun events throughout the year for both the children and whole families. I can't recommend this center enough!
