I can't say enough positive about this "little school that could." The people here do just about everything on a shoestring, but they excel because they are mission-driven and focused on the things that really matter. Like a lot of kids these days, our adolescent daughter was unsure of herself and lost her bearings. The public school system in her case was not only unhelpful, but exacerbated the problem. We decided to send her to The King's Academy for high school. After her first year and a half, the improvement in our daughter is palpable. Her social skills have improved tremendously, she is much more attentive to her academics, and she is well on her way to becoming a happy, productive member of society. I give a great deal of credit to TKA. The unpretentious, Christian culture of the place was a perfect fit for our daughter. Most importantly, her work requirements are very much in line with what will be expected of her in college, and that is something we found lacking in the public schools. These folks care enough to hold the students to a high standard, but they also take the time to make sure no one fails, and that makes all the difference

The King's Academy is a wonderful school. My daughter has been going there since Jr. Kindergarten. The teachers are SO supportive and caring and she is excelling both personally and scholastically!

I have been a parent with TKA since 2010 and only have positive things to say. I see some have other thoughts and posts, but for me and my family The King's Academy has been amazing. I truly believe that God's hands are on this school. Yes, it is costly, but the student to teacher ratio, the focus on Godly character, and the amount of investment I feel the teacher's have had in my children's lives is worth that. Students are kind to each other and bullying is not tolerated. These children develop lifelong friendships (healthy) and get to be in an environment that fosters both their academic growth and personal. We also can't expect a school to raise our kids and we need to be involved in the process and be in open communication with the school faculty and staff, which is great for our children to witness our own investment in them. The staff are friendly and there to help. I feel very blessed to be a part of the TKA family.

This is our family’s first year at TKA. I homeschooled 3 out of our 4 children before coming to TKA. My husband and I are so pleased with the growth of our children. They have adapted so well and look forward to going to school. The teachers are encouraging and keep us in the loop with what’s going on. So thankful and blessed that our children get to go to TKA.

I just completed a survey on some other platform connected to this one about this school, which I found just factually incorrect. The survey gave a B- under the rate of diversity. So if you have every set foot on TKA you know that the reviewers are most likely giving 0 stars for everything. There were a total of 4 American students out of a class of like 18 for the class of 2018. China, India, Korea, and Vietnam are all places I have to Privilege of saying i have a life long friends from. Some of these students have come from the other side of the world to a Christian school not knowing or caring about who or what Jesus Christ is. And have stayed for 4 years and with out anyone pressuring them in the slightest to pray, read the Bible or form a relationship with God on their own. Have changed there lives and minds completely just by witnessing the interaction with their teachers and fellow class mates that believe and try to live like this Man. Its unsettling how some can see this happen and want to end the school cause of some teenagers being rude and getting in a dispute with each other. If they think they will find more genuine ,caring, and responsible God fearing people at a public school best of luck. From what i have witnessed its very unlikely.
