There's a lot to be said about Stepping Stone school as a whole, but this location will always hold a special place in my heart. My son started here at 6 months old after my mom was diagnosed with cancer (we had planned on keeping him home a little longer) so needless to say the heart strings were being pulled tight. From the first day to the last this daycare felt like family. Christina (principle) and Helen (assistant principle) were always welcoming and ready to lend a hand or listen to me vent at the end of a long day. My son was all smiles and even on the worst day and there will be those regardless of where you choose to enroll your children they would listen to me peak and pits about the facility and do whatever in their power to right their wrongs. I don't know about you, but that's all I'm looking for in regards to customer service, if there is a problem fix it and if there is praise embrace it and smile and enjoy your job along the way. We recently had to change SSS locations but one of the hardest things was leaving behind our teachers and staff that truly felt like family. I've read some of the reviews on here both prior to enrolling and after and I have a background in childcare. If you want your child to be loved when you are not around... this is the school for you!
