For the past 2 years, our 2 children have attended Primrose Eldorado Great staff, teachers, and parents. Keep up the good work!

So far it's only been 3 weeks since my daughter has started and she's 2 years old and she seems to really like the place. I haven't gotten any bad vibes from her and usually I can tell if something is wrong but she really doesn't have any problems so far. It doesn't seem that any of the kids are mean to her, her teachers mrs. Warren and mrs. Sears appear to be very well-rounded teachers and mrs. Johnson is pretty awesome herself. I hate to see that this place doesn't have anymore reviews but it seems that I'm not the only parent that feels this way about this school it's a really really great place for children to grow up they have tons of activities and they involve parents as well I love this place thank you Primrose School of Eldorado. Horrible place! Very rude teachers. And the so called principal is even worse! She had basically her whole closet in her office where teachers were just shopping. Makes you think this is more of a high school rather than a place to provide education for a child. Smh.

I had two daughters at Primrose Eldorado from the time they were 6 weeks until Kindergarten. My 5 year old just graduated from the private kindergarten program in May 2015. My daughters and my family have had an absolutely amazing experience over our 7 years at the school. The teachers, staff, administrators, and owners are engaged, compassionate, caring, and nurturing. They have become part of our family, and we are proud to be a Primrose Eldorado family. Both of my daughters have received incredible educations at Primrose Eldorado. The curriculum is outstanding. In fact, both of my daughters are now currently enrolled in a very competitive private school in Dallas, thanks in part to the outstanding preparation and education they received at Primrose Eldorado. Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. DeGuzman, and Mrs. Rakofsky are absolutely amazing. We could not be happier with our experience at Primrose Eldorado. Every day, we were able to go to work knowing our daughters were in great hands. Thank you so much for all you have done for our family. We appreciate all of your teams hard work and dedication to providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to come to every day.

I’m very disappointed in Primrose School of Eldorado. My daughter was in the Young Toddler class just for 6 weeks and her experience was by far the worst she’s had so far. The classroom is too small, cluttered and simply stuffed with more kids than this room can take. I knew it would be difficult for kids to freely move about but didn’t think it was that important since management and teachers seemed to be handling it well. I was shocked to walk into the classroom one day to find a little boy screaming due to a fall on his head. I was told he fell off the table, which makes me wonder what he was doing on the table to begin with! I voiced my concerns since I wasn’t going to risk my daughter’s safety, and started to worry about the ratio. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when management called me to inform me that my daughter was bit on her cheek (right below her eye) during nap-time. How can there be adequate supervision if toddlers are simply moving about during nap-time and biting each other? The only logical explanation is that due to poor supervision, this specific child was able to leave her cot, walk to my child’s cot, and bite her on the cheek… Whoever was there obviously didn’t have her eyes on the kids and probably only noticed when my daughter started screaming! While these situations do occasionally occur, what frustrated me the most was management’s response to the whole incident. Instead of assuring me that stricter supervision would be in place or just ensuring my daughter’s safety, they justified the situation by saying that this is a common occurrence for this age group. Other schools have strict behavioral guidelines as far as how similar situations are handled and how many warnings would be given before a child is dismissed from the classroom. I, nevertheless, trusted Primrose with my child’s overall wellbeing thinking they knew what they were doing. Justifying physical aggression (regardless of the age-group) is unacceptable considering how much I pay. I’ve been to other Primrose’s and this branch is by far the worst. They definitely don’t care about the quality of the environment and I wouldn’t recommended this Primrose to anyone I know or don’t know for that matter.
