A child care center can’t get any better than this! Mrs. Maloney and all the administration and teachers are the best. It was pouring rain this morning and they were outside greeting each family with an umbrella and taking the kids to their classrooms so the parents wouldn’t have to struggle in the rain... wow! Talk about the royal treatment!! We also love all of the fun events to look forward to every month. Our little boy was so excited to have them come caroling at our house for Christmas! We couldn’t be more happy with Primrose School of Valley Ranch! Thank you everything!!!!

This center is a horrible one. We put our son on Monday at 8:30 AM. Me and my wife left the primrose at 9 am. My wife checked over the phone at 11:50 AM and they said my son was doing fine. I work within 1 min driving distance of this center. I took my 7.5 year old daughter and my Mom to see how my son is doing at 12:00 PM. When we reached to the front desk, all of our family members were hearing about someone crying. When we entered in his room, we found him crying so badly and stretching across the table and keep crying helplessly. I never saw my son crying that bad. There were three teachers in the room. Two of them within 5-10 feet. The one who was assigned to my son was 20 feet away doing what she was thinking more important. None cared about my son! My daughter stunned and my Mom started crying and wanted my son to bring back home. I was assessing the situation initially and told them I am going to take my son home for now and let me talk to my wife and later on we will decide what to do. Me, my daughter, my Mom came in front of the front desk and were waiting for the bag and other stuffs that we brought in the morning for my son comfort. A very gentle women (White race) understood us and tried to help us to get those items out of the room. The front desk lady was very rude. We went back to class to get our stuff as it was late, in the mean time, my son fall asleep on my shoulder. So I told the teacher that it was his sleeping time and we gave you schedule. it appeared they never put him sleep for last 4 hours. The front desk lady came and yelled at me to get out of the building. The white lady who explained the front desk about our upset but the front desk lady would not listen and wouldn't apologize. Later on the director called me and i made a complain and asked her owner to talk to me. I never received any forms of communication from the owner!!!!!! I would never visit this place in my life so that I don't feel i may have to be harassed from this front desk lady in front of my Mom and 7 year old daughter!!!!

I could not be happier with my decision to start my son's early childhood education at Primrose. It is highly professional without being stuffy, and offers a warm environment that promotes a love of learning. He attended for over four years!

I don't even know where to start. I am mother of two. A 4 year old who had never been in day care or school before, and a 2 year old in the same situation as her sister. As a mother, it was very important to me to make sure my kids were taking care, nurture and love not only by teachers but to everyone in the school. I went to different places such as Bright Horizons, and the Goddard School. Never saw or experienced what I felt when I walked in Primrose of Valley Ranch. Since the moment I walked in I felt welcome, I felt important, I felt that I was meant to be there and God put there for a reason. Ms. Freeman, who was at the reception, was very welcoming, smiling and making me feel special. The director, Stephanie Maloney, gave me the walk thru. She took the time to explain me everything, even the things that did not seem "important". The areas were clean, the classroom had eneough lights, they even have their own vegetable garden. Safety is the main focus. Ms. Maloney is involved in everything, she knows the name of every single child in school, it's amazing to see the passion and dedication she puts into it. You will see it, once you go and meet her. The rest of the staff is super friendly, they all love what they do. The teachers have to have a college degree. After kissing a lot of frogs (visiting a lot of other places, even interviewing people to become my babysitter) I finally found my blue prince where my daughters can have a happily ever after. Love the school totally recommend this place!!! Go and see what I am talking about! You will not Regret it at all!!!!!!
