The management at this school does not listen to and address parents concerns. The Area Director has to be brought in. The classrooms are often dirty and they are over crowded. This school is focused on the bottom line and not the children. Decisions are made about moving kids to different classrooms without discussing it with parents FIRST. The teachers are not properly trained. The teacher turnover below the lead teacher is very high and most if not all lead teachers leave by 2:30/3:00. Research them on the childcare incident website and you will see incidents of kids being left outside and being dropped. There is favoritism amongst the kids and staff by management and teachers. If a teacher doesn't want to deal with a child they will try to move that child to a different room. There are some great teachers there but the Education Director is not adequately equipping them with what they need to be successful in the classroom. Finally, the kids do not get enough food. This is a true and honest post not one driven by favoritism or a contest.

I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old at Primrose School of Frisco West. My 3 year old has been there for almost 2 years now and loves his class. I appreciate the curriculum and the class structure that Primrose offers and I can see the emphasis that the school places on education, growth and development of their kids. It's a culture that I see starting from the owner, to the management team, and into the classrooms. The teachers are very friendly, supportive, and very encouraging towards their kids. My 3 year old always talks about his teachers, friends, and the fun activities that they do in class. My 1 year old is so comfortable with his teachers that when he sees them, he holds his arms out to be held by them. Just seeing that alone, for me confirms that we chose the right place. I highly recommend this school if you are searching and suggest that you at least take a tour to check them out for yourself.

I HIGHLY recommend this school. When I was looking for a school my main goal was to find a school that would give my daughter safety, love and education and this school provides that and much more. My daughter loves going to school and her teachers are amazing. Management are very supportive to their teachers and he owners are very sweet people. I love this place and I would never go anywhere else.

My son has attended this facility for almost a year now and I must say that the management and teachers are amazing. They genuinely care about the well being of the children and are always quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns. I don't have to worry about my sons well being when he is in the care of primrose. Thank God .

My son attends this location - and has for the past 2 years. They have welcomed him into their "family" - giving him a loving and educational experience like no other! I highly recommend this team for any perspective families!
