My wife and I were searching for a childcare for our 7 week old daughter. We were referred to Primrose and we're told to take the infant opening they had because it's such a great daycare/preschool! So we went into this tour with this as our #1 on our list, and nearly instantly we knew our child was never stepping foot in here. First, Renee greeted Leslie after looking at our child with , "Oh I don't miss this age at all they're only nice to look at." Who is going to place their kid in the care of someone like that? In what world do you greet a parent with that sentence working the front desk of a daycare and preschool? Next, she shows us how the two 6week to 6month infant rooms they have are BOTH being repainted and renovated at the same time, so she shows us the older infant room that they've crammed all the cribs into. There are now 12-15 cribs crammed into this single room, with some being in the center of the room blocking pathways through the room and places the children usually play. And lastly we asked about cloth diapering. The director of the school, Crystal, told us they're not able to allow cloth diapering because Texas licensing laws do not allow cloth diapers. This is a complete bold faced lie. If you cloth diaper it's possible, even likely, that you will be turned away because the daycare policy doesn't allow them, but you shouldn't fault any day care that chooses not to allow cloth diapers.. but misleading parents with completely incorrect information is a really shady way to try and earn business.

Since the first time I saw this school I knew I wanted my kids to attend. I have known the directors for years. They have shown me multiple times that they are very good with the children. I know they run a very respectable business. I am sad that we now live on the west side of fort Bend County, but if we live closer my kids would certainly attend school there. I highly recommend this school.

Primrose is the best decision we've ever made in regards to our son's education. The amount of knowledge he gets every day is amazing. The owners, office staff and teachers has been very cooperative, helpful and reliable in the many times that we needed them to be and we are very grateful for that. We would definitely recommend Primrose to anybody that would like to give their children a great head start in life.

I know my daughter is safe, comfortable and happy here, so separation is easy. Her day begins with her teacher holding her hand leading her to her favorite activity. "The Circle Time". Structured environment, amazing curriculum, qualified staff and low teacher/ student ratio.

As a new mother I had the opportunity to take my daughter with me to work, knowing one day I would have to put her in daycare broke my hear. But the moment I walked into this school and was greeted by the Director Ms. Crystal I felt that this was the right place for my daughter.
