As a marketer, I can appreciate the fact that Primrose has built a strong brand as one of the more 'high end' preschools. However, the management at this school seems to be focused on appearing to be 'elite' to the point that they have forgotten what their job really is. While the facade is 'high end,' the reality is what seems like a toxic culture complete with high turnover and clearly burnt-out teachers. What was purportedly an ongoing behavior problem that had the staff frequently calling my wife and I at work, and sometimes making us pick our four-year-old up in the middle of the day (which kind of defeats the purpose of having him in preschool) over a year-long period, immediately and completely resolved once we put him in Kids R Kids Preston Vineyard, where the staff seems less pretentious, more caring and much happier than they did at Primrose. Obviously, some people love Primrose Prestmont, and I would imagine there are people who haven't had a good experience with KRK Preston Vineyard, but from my perspective, I regret that we didn't have him in KRK the whole time.

We love love love Primrose School of Prestmont. The staff and teachers are wonderful! Our daughter (2yrs old) is greeted with hugs daily and has learned SO MUCH. Her development has been wonderful to watch and knowing that both the teachers and the staff truly do care has made our experience that much better. I highly recommend this school!
