Absolutely my happy place. My two boys have been a part of St.Johns Catholic School for six years. The teachers have high expectations for ALL students. Families are involved in the school and are truly invested in their children's education. There are lots of opportunities for the students to grow both academically and spiritually. Students are respectful and held accountable for their learning. Absolutely love SJS!!

Our oldest daughter has attended SJS for the last 4 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the education that she has received so far. SJS has strong academics that prepare students for their future education in high school and college. At St. John they teach to the whole child, not to a book, and certainly NOT TO A STATE TEST! They also have small class sizes so the teachers really get to know each student on an individual level. Faith is first and foremost at SJS. They have a strong catholic identity throughout the whole school and religion is not just one class...its taught throughout each subject. St. John is open to any faith. They are also very culturally diverse in their student population. The students also understand the importance of serving others even starting in PreK with the various service projects that the students are involved at school. We absolutely love the family atmosphere at SJS and its become our second home. We look forward to our 2 daughters also getting to attend this school soon.

Though some teachers did help, there were others that taught blind obedience and some teachers took sides in student disputes and sometimes punished the bullied more than the bully or sided with crybabys who were offended over anything and literally get in your face. And now they have a fence?
