We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Primrose of Parkwood Hill. We came to Primrose after a not so good experience at another daycare chain. Primrose has been a night and day experience. My daughter's infant teachers Mrs. Kathy and Mrs. Debbie are absolutely amazing! My daughter is so happy there and lights up when she sees her teachers. It makes me feel so good that she is being taken care of by teachers that are passionate about their job and that love on her! They truly love on her like their own. I never knew I could feel so comfortable with a daycare center. I can go to work and not have to worry because I know my baby girl is in good hands and that in itself is an amazing feeling. I love the smaller classroom ratios, curriculum, and daily pictures and reports. The directors are awesome as well! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel like family! We are certainly Primrose for life! :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY PRIMROSE!! My son has been going there since he was 6 weeks of age and couldn't think of any other place I would rather have him go. As a first time mom it was a bit nerve racking trying to find a school I could trust with my son, but from the moment I went to visit I knew he was going to be in great hands!! They truly treat each child with the love any parent gives their child. The facility is always clean and smells so yummy every time I drop off and pick up my son. The staff are just AMAZING and always happy to see you and talk to you no matter the time of day. A special shout out to my awesome Infant I & ll teachers who my son LOVES!! P.S. The school directors are TOP OF THE LINE! #Primrose4Life

Our daughter attended Primrose Parkwood Hill for 3 years (infant class through preschool-I class) until we moved out of state. After my initial visit to the school, I knew that Primrose Parkwood Hill was the best fit our daughter. It was a safe learning environment for her and the teachers and staff were caring and professional and do everything to make all the families feel special and welcome. The school's communication policy was effective and the Director, Candice, was always attentive and available to listen to any questions or concerns. The food offered was well-balanced, nutritious and plentiful. As a two parent working household, we also appreciated the fact that the school offered extra-curricular activities during the school day. As a result, our daughter was able to enroll in several activities that she otherwise would not have been able to participate in due to our working schedules. Lastly, my husband and I loved the Tadpoles communication method that Primrose utilized. Via email, we would receive pictures of our daughter throughout the day as she engaged in different actives; we'd also receive updates on lessons taught as well as her meals eaten and nap times. Overall, we were highly satisfied with Primrose Parkwood Hill and recommend them to others.

If you are considering any other centers, just stop. This is the best place for our two children. We have been with two other centers before Primrose, and had horrible experiences. This center is amazing. My children come home the happiest they have ever been and they love all of their teachers and friends. My 4 year old is speaking some Spanish and is excited to tell me what he did each day. The staff has been very supportive of myself and my family during a difficult time of being separated from my husband who is in the Army. This is a great place and I just can't say enough good things. I urge you to bring your children here!!!

Excellent!!! We send both our girls here and it has been such a nice experience. One of the main things I was searching for was great nutrition and a loving staff and we have found them both at Primrose. I get emails every day with pictures, even videos sometimes of my girls playing and doing crafts, and just enjoying their day. They have an awesome menu with healthy ingredients like hummus and carrots, fresh fruit NOT CANNED, chicken, rice and veggies, etc. BRAVO it's about time. No pizza and fish sticks. They come home every day and we talk about the new spanish words they learned, look at the cute craft projects they've done. When I call, the staff knows my child's name. You just don't find that type of quality care at most places and for that I am so so grateful. Yes it does cost a little more but to me it is worth every penny to know my babies are happy and healthy. We owe that to our children do we not?
