This is by far the best preschool we have found so far in Frisco (& we have tried a few!). Our son loves each teacher and comes home having learned so much!! The school is neat & kept up, teachers are always extremely friendly and they send pics & videos of my little guy throughout the day. I cannot say enough good things about the owner & her staff. Highly recommend!!!

First off, FYI, they had all of their staff write a 5 star review to make sure they had a good rating, that right there should tell you a lot. My son was enrolled there for almost 2 years but I had to make a decision to remove him pretty quickly this week due to their inability to properly watch and care for him. On multiple occasions in a 2 week period my son was left too long without a fresh diaper causing diaper rash. Then this week due to lack of supervision, another child managed to poop on the play ground and then my son had enough time to go and play in the poop. The next day my son was but by another student so badly there's a small chunk of skin missing. I find out they never cleaned the wound and just put an ice pack on it! All I got was a "sorry". I was also informed by previous employees the Assistant Director and Director like to talk badly about parents behind their back but they will be as fake and nice to their face as can be. I use to think highly of this center until it went way downhill, the staff have become questionable, and the some of the teachers they have hired shouldn't be working with children due to bad judgement, bad attitudes, and work ethic.

My nieces and nephews have been going to The Blue Elephant for years. From preschool to after school care, The Blue Elephant does not disappoint! The owners are the most caring people you’ll meet, and the directors are the same! My family has never had a bad experience here, and with 4 kids, that’s saying a lot!!

My children have attended The Blue Elephant since opening. The teachers, staff and other families are amazing. The owner goes out of her way to Make the children feel loved and welcomed. I would not trust my children anywhere else!!

If you're looking for an amazing child care facility you should look at The Blue Elephant Learning Center. You can tell that this group of people are truly doing what they love. The curriculum is top notch and so are the teachers. They challenge the kids every day to do better than the day before. The staff is patient, kind and thorough. The teachers always make time to talk to you and update you on your child's day. I have also been impressed with how they really try to make you feel welcome. They greet parents and children by name and with a smile. You can't even walk down the hall without someone saying hi to you and your kiddo. The cameras are also an added bonus! Gives you a little glimpse into their day. Makes you feel good knowing that the people you are entrusting to watch your children really care.
