Let me start by saying I have given this place a second chance and my second experience was worse than the first. They mislead you into paying for more than you should. I had to pay a $25 deposit even though my daughter(7 years old) had gone there earlier in the school year. They only offered 5 hours of care for $75 and there weren't any other options unless I wanted to pay $6 per hour for every hour after the 5 per day. My daughter could only attend 4 days because that Monday was a holiday so when i tried to set her up for Saturday (to get my full 5 days i paid for) they said that would be another $40 at least!! Even though I was told by staff my daughter could go that Saturday and it was included since Monday wasn't an option. The staff is not trained or informed of seriously important information AT ALL! The place is horribly run down and has an odor of sour I would assume is mold! The teachers are lazy and only get up to eat and change the movie (if that). They do absolutely NOTHING academically for the kids! The food they serve is what they would serve to inmates in jail. So to sum it up, they treat the kids bad, don't clean properly, take your money and lie to you! I AM REPORTING THIS FACILITY AND HOPE TO BE THE REASON THEY SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

Highly not recommended. Asian manager or whatnot discriminated my son with special needs. Stated they are not licensed to care for him without giving him an opportunity to get to know him or even try to get to know him. Asian lady had a nasty and discriminatory attitude towards my son. He may need special care but special care or not we are all the same and should be treated equally. I was very upset and she didn't even hesitate to refund me my money because they did not want to deal with my son. I am a single mother with a full time job. This place isn't a place for children, it is just poor business with poor customer service. I give them MINUS 5 STARS. Below poor

This daycare needs improvement. I will not bash the staff bc they were never disrespectful to me or my son. I will say do I was very disappointed at the director who waited till I got there to call EMS when my son had his seizure. One of the worst moments of my life.Staff needs to be properly trained and be CPS certified for these type of scenarios. I was asked not to bring my son back bc they didn't want to be held liable if future seizures persist .I visited the infant room bc I was trying to enroll my newborn. the room was dirty, crib sheets stained, funny odor smell, over all the presentation of this room was unsanitary and disgusting. The director really needs to step up and make this daycare a safe and clean environment if she plans to stay in business.

let me tell you! parents: do not send your kids here. if you care for them, do not send them here. i just got off the phone with a mrs. clinton bell. the reason to remain anonymous. first off, while on the phone with her, she was very incoherent -as if she had taken a sedative. S thats a big no! no! while having kids around. i could hear them in the background. she was slurring her words. it was awful!! she couldn't remember anything that i was saying, had to keep repeating myself. that is horrible from a mother or fathers stand point. these days it is so hard placing your dear child with just anyone. and i would not recommend this place. and this is a private school?? meaning, you pay more money to have these "teachers" watch over your precious loved ones. ridiculous! what are they teaching them really?? the entire conversation, after every question i asked, was followed by a "HUH?" is this what we are teaching our youth and tots.. that manners aren't accepted?? ha! should be the contrary. APPALLED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! ONLY ONE STAR WAS CHOSEN IN ORDER TO POST THIS. BELIEVE ME, IF I COULD, I WOULD HAVE CHOSE NOTHING!!!!

I wish I could have reached over the counter on this bish Paige, the Director. I go to the daycare to pick my baby up and they are feeding HIM from a different bottle and a Girl bottle at that. That could have honestly been a mistake which isn't my problem with a Great explanation. However, that was not the case! When I addressed Paige about situation a few other concerns, her excuse was "Well I only pay minimum wage, what do you expect". Not only does the daycare get no stars, that bish get negative stars. Her concern is not your kids, its about how much change she can get in her pockets. And not once has she apologized. And she own the massage parlor two or three doors down that runs prostitute ring.
