We have been at the Goddard School for 5 years and absolutely love them! Everybody is so welcoming and caring. My son has moved on to 1st grade now and still gets greeted by name like an old friend when we pick up my daughter. It makes it easier to drop off my daughter knowing that she enjoys it, asking us if she can go on her days off. I also like there is not a high turn over with the teachers and management. I highly recommend the Goddard School!

We love everything about Goddard! The teachers, admins, curriculum, and structure. We moved our child from her previous daycare because it had obviously become glorified babysitting, and not even good babysitting, that we were paying $200+ a week for. As soon as we toured Goddard we knew we needed to get our child in there ASAP. The warm, caring and nurturing environment was immediately felt and the structure EVERY class had was unbelievable. Our child has now been at Goddard for a year and we are still as pleased as we were on the first day. My only regret is that we didnâ€™t start with Goddard in the beginning.

We loved this school for over 2 years, but when it came time to send our little man off to kinder we are now being required to pay for an additional 10 days of school which we do not want because our mandatory 30-day written notice was not turned in on time. A verbal notice wasn't good enough. What a crock. So we didn't give exactly 30 days notice. Who cares? Cannot believe your company cannot be flexible on this at all. Do you think peoples lives and plans always revolve around the Goddard Schools 30 day schedule? The fact that we have been a customer for over 2 years and are not flexible on this policy is frankly ridiculous. I was told that we will be sent to collections. Fine, send me to collections and I'll give you one star. You win Goddard.

Our son went here for two years. Some teachers were great, but we put up with a lot of miscommunication and poor management throughout the two years. Recently, there has been a huge amount of turnover which was disrupting our son's potty behaviors. When the teacher started putting him in a diaper against our wishes we began looking at other schools. We discovered while doing research on the DFPS website that we were outright lied to by the office during an investigation of abuse back in March 2017. We were told the investigation found nothing wrong and one teacher quit while the other was going to help in a different classroom. Turns out DFPS substantiated the abuse and we only now found out through Mr. Ryan's response to a previous review that the other teacher was, in fact, terminated. Huge red flags. Please be aware that from our experiences, this school has not been honest with us about very important matters. This was a deal breaker for us.

The staff is really friendly, the facility is clean and the teachers care about the children. I am amazed at how the front desk staff know the children by name and greet them every morning. The teachers are articulate which is important to me. I believe in the importance of proper English around children of every age. I've seen written communication (from other establishments) between teachers and parents and it's just substandard. I appreciate that the Goddard School employs well versed teachers.
