This school has been a dream come true for our family. We love the community they constantly cultivate and the way they build relationships with the kids. They really put great effort into using the tadpoles app and give us daily information about the kids, the curriculum, and the school activities. Their greatest asset is their staff. Always ready to help, solve, collaborate. They understand how important their job is. It hasn’t been by luck that the school continues to grow and bring more beautiful families together - they do work for it.

We started here in August and have nothing but amazing things to say about this school. Mrs. Keel, the director, is so professional and attentive. She communicates well and I drop my son off every morning knowing he is in good hands. My son is in the preschool program and is enjoying all of the unique opportunities afforded to him. His newest adventure is watching his flower grow that he planted in the Primrose garden. He will experience his first field trip soon and is very excited. My favorite part is that I get multiple pictures throughout the day from his teachers. I work long hours as a teacher myself, but I constantly feel plugged into his learning because of the daily photos with descriptions of what my son is practicing.

I can't imagine being happier with any other daycare. I am in love with the culture and attitude that everyone carries within these doors. They offer a free "discovery day" prior to enrollment as a trial run. Originally, I thought they were overdoing it because I was a candidate for enrollment. Well, 5 months later and things have not changed!! We are given several pictures daily via the tadpole app which also gives you a summary of their day. It's great being at work and getting a surprise picture of your baby! The teachers in the infant classroom are genuine and truly care for the wellbeing of your little one. I also love how they are so hands-on with the babies. They are always down on the floor reading, playing, or interacting in some way. The director, Mrs. Keel, is fantastic and is always on top of things. The owners are beyond wonderful and are always going above and beyond to make sure the parents are satisfied. They are almost always over-staffed so while you're paying for one thing, you're actually getting something even better. Just to give you an idea of how happy we are with this daycare, let me elaborate: I drive an extra 45 min/day dropping off and picking up my daughter at that location with the 290 construction traffic-and I wouldn't have it any other way because the care my daughter receives is WORTH IT! I've had a bad daycare experience so I came in overly critical but continue being amazed. Oh, and the owner Matt sometimes surprises the parents by bringing breakfast. Always a bonus! I could go on but I think you get my point? Primrose loyal!

I have no family here in Texas and was very hesitant to place my 6 month old in daycare. However, I'm extremely happy with the care she receives from the staff at Primrose. She's always very happy and I love getting pictures of her and the learning activities they engage in daily and that they are very informative about meals and diaper changes throughout the day. I am completely satisfied with the choice to place her at Primrose and I'm at ease knowing she's in good hands while I'm at work!

I rarely ever write reviews but I always do a lot of research especially when it comes to my son. He's 2 years old now and has been attending this location since he was 3 months. I have never had any of the issues mentioned in earlier reviews. The owners are so attentive and inviting. I feel that they genuinely care about my son and all of the other children. There really isn't enough I can say about the staff! They're fantastic and my son loves them all even the office staff. They seem to know him too and even greet him by name everyday when he walks down the hall. Every time he transitions to a new classroom I get so nervous because I know how much he loves his teaches and every time he falls in love with his new room and friends again. I've only had a couple of minor issues but they were handled very quickly and seemed to be taken to heart. Even my smallest concerns that I felt silly mentioning are dealt with sincerely which has always brought me relief especially while trying to figure out how to be a new mom! The building is adorable and very very clean. The staff are all well trained and I love how they interact with the children even when they are misbehaving (as children will). My mother is a teacher so eduction is extremely important to the both of us and I can see how much Primrose has really helped him to advance. Not just academically but socially as well. I really don't think they know how much they've blessed us and how grateful my family is to them everyday. I could rave all day about them and without hesitation would tell any parent that this is the best place to send their child!
