Management staff is great. Professional and very thoughtful. However, some teachers are a bit less dependable and seem tired.

When Mrs. Guy was the director at Primrose School of Valley Ranch, I have never experienced such a wonderful leader who has supported me and the rest of the staff (she still does even though she transferred). I came to Valley Ranch 2 years ago and she took me under her wing. I have never had a more caring and inspirational leader who has taught me way more than I could ever imagine. She raises you up instead of bringing you down! I was so sad to see her leave because I knew we were losing such a valuable director but happy since Primrose West Plano was gaining such an extraordinary one! Primrose West Plano staff and families are so lucky to have Mrs. Guy as their director; she brings an insurmountable amount of knowledge both of early childhood education and training staff, she's a wonderful mentor. I miss Mrs. Guy but so grateful for all that she has taught me which I will be able to use now and in the future!

The pre-K 2 teacher, Mrs. Shaik is amazing. Her communication with the parents is amazing and she really has the kids best interest in mind. I wish I had my child in her class 2-years ago instead of another school around the corner from this one. The only reason I did not give this a 5-star rating is because the management staff seems to change A LOT and I believe that that negatively effects everyone if the "head" (top) is unstable.

West Plano is lucky to have Mrs. Guy as their new director! I'm sad to see her leave Valley Ranch, but I know that she's going to do great things for that location. Your dedication and desire for the children to achieve high goals is what makes you so great!

West Plano parents and staff are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing Director at your school. I have worked for Mrs. Guy for 5 years and she has guided and mentored me from being a teacher to promoting me to the Curriculum Director and now the Excecutive Director of Valley Ranch. I idolize the passion and dedication she has for the children and all the effort she puts into educating children, parents and her staff. She was a true gem and asset to our school at Valley Ranch and is dearly missed. We are very thankful for the time she spent with us at Valley Ranch but are extremely happy for her to be able to spread her passion and knowledge to West Plano. Stephanie Maloney
