St Nicholas used to be a great school when we first joined. However, the quality has gone down the drain in the past few months since they are moving away from the med center into a new campus in 2018. It feels like the school does nothing to maintain its current campus even when there are obvious health and safety risks to the kids. We miss how St Nicholas used to be. (Attached pictures of cuts and severe bug bites on our daughter from the school. Also attaching a leaky pipe dripping directly into the school yard where kids play.)

Love this school! I work full time in the med center, and have no feelings of guilt when I drop off my infant and toddler every morning, because I know they are in good hands. Also- the curriculum is amazing even at the infant level. It's definitely not a daycare :)

My children were in middle school and we loved the personal attention they received. They enjoyed trips to the ranch and museums. My daughter's test scores were high and remained high. My son's test scores came up, especially in reading. Both were accepted into a competitive private high school.

My kids have been attending this school from infant to primary and they love it. The teachers are great and the program very interesting and advanced. At 3 my old one was already able to read long words ;-) I look forward to their next milestones.

My three children attended Saint Nicholas School beginning when they were infants, through montessori school, and continuing through 8th, 7th and 4th grade, when we moved out of the area permanently. On several occasions during this time, we relocated for a year temporarily to areas with sub-par education options. Relocating and re-enrolling is very difficult for children (certainly to be avoided if at all possible!) but I was grateful to Saint Nicholas for how the teachers and administration worked so closely, so personally and so well with my children each time to help them get back up to speed. Houston is uniquely blessed to have such an excellent school with teachers and administrative staff who are so willing to help each student not only reach their academic potential, but to also awaken to an awareness of and confidence in their innate worth and responsibility as a child of God. This is the type of classical education I received as a child, and I have been disappointed to see it become more and more rare in today's world. Thankfully, here is one school in Houston where it is still available.
