I’m glad we made the best decision for our kids first 5 years of age! The school is always clean, and the a/c is running cold (I’ve been to school that smells musty and humid). Front end staffs are always greeting you with warm and friendly smiles, and in my surprise this is the first school that the staffs / owner open the door for you in the morning and closing during peak time pick up and drop off. I appreciate how Sharon the owner are very involved with the school, and how she cares for the kids. The money you paid, are in return back to your kids. I have never spend money on bringing in tissues or sipping cups for my child... oh did I mentioned, 3 of My kids are enrolled here! From toddler to private kindergarten, all the teachers are great! Since i have experienced with my infant teacher Ms Joyce, Michelle, and Sarah. My son preschool teacher Ms Phyllis and funny Ms Z are incredibly patient. Private kindergarten Ms Renfro strict yet I love her! The curriculum are outstanding and my kids have learned so much at expressing their thoughts and feelings... well maybe a bit too much :) I couldn’t be any happier! Thank you so much for everything you do.

Primrose School of Firewheel holds high standards, and it shows. When my wife and I were interviewing here, and a couple of other nearby preschools to enroll our firstborn into an infant classroom, the differences were apparent. Yes, this is one of the more costly schools, but it should be viewed as an investment. The teachers hold many years, if not decades of childcare experience, and have essentially seen all cases, so their adaptability to each kid's needs is apparent. The grounds are always clean, and the classrooms the kids are in as well. We also checked the background of our list of preschool's backgrounds on Texas' DFPS site for compliance violations, and this Primrose came out on top by far. The little things the staff does like holding the door, and greeting the kids by name felt more like home. To a millennial, their routines of pushing out photos, videos and daily reports through e-mail and the Tadpole phone app were very welcomed and enjoyable in near real-time. Even when a classmate gets sick, the school will notify parents through these communication channels. The only reason why I docked a star is because the school has shifted through a few directors, so it did made us wonder about the leadership focus. E-mailing about a few other concerns to the director's e-mail went unanswered, but were met with prompt replies when we reached out to the franchisee owner. Overall, the location is a safe, solid choice, otherwise we wouldn't have gone with it. Thanks to the staff for having us.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Primrose Firewheel from the ownership to the management team to the teachers assistants and teachers. My son has grown and excelled so much just since begging school in September 2017. My son previously went to another local learning center and would come home crying, at Primrose Firewheel when I go to pick him up at he says five more minutes 5 more minutes momma. Matthew absolutely loves school! If you are looking for childcare from infants to kindergarten this is the place to be!

New ownership is the worest! They treat their staff like retail employees, high turnover, and they have been through 5 directors. Rigley, (previous owner 2016) Is the reason for their 4/5 star review rating. Love for children is no longer the passion that drives the school, love of money is the motivator now

My kids have been going to Primrose Firewheel since September 2016. We had never used a daycare before coming to Primrose. The staff made us and our kids feel welcome. Through the months, the school and its staff continued to impress us with their warmth, energy and approach to educating children. My younger child learned how to read here. She will begin Kindergarten this year with a head start. The ownership changed about halfway through our time here. The new owners, Rawlings and Sharon Tanyi, have been wonderful. They are ever present and involved in the day-to-day activities of the school. Over the Summer there have been various interesting programs and field trips that the students have taken that help broaden their experiences and enrich their lives. I would recommend this school to all parents.
