We love our teachers and staff at the Challenger in Sandy! Best school in Utah! I am just amazed of how much our daughter has learned since Preschool. She is just about to finish second grade. I would recommend this school to everyone that can afford it. It is the best investment in your children's education!

Challenger is an amazing academic environment. I have had all my kids in the preschool program. Two of my children have been in the Kindergarten program. After Kindergarten my child was reading 2nd grade books and her math skills where way above her peers. I like more about challenger than dislike. My only suggestion is to have more parent involvement and open communication such as texting between teachers and parents. With that said from my now kindergartner and 5 years ago when my oldest was attending it has improved greatly. Challenger is not for everyone, I do have a son with ADHD and behavioral issues and this would not be a place where he could thrive.

This school is not a fit for your child unless they are a genius. It took us a year and a half to get an ADHD and ODD diagnosis for our child because Challenger will not provide you the necessary observation paperwork to assist your doctors diagnosis. It took my wife and I watching him closely to realize what was going on. I would be curious to know what their drop out rates are. We felt like our child was a square peg trying to fit in a round hole and instead of the school trying to accommodate that they put it back on us as parents to teach our son......isn't that what we are paying you a ton of money to do? I had several meetings with his teachers and principals and they would all end with the same accountability "you should be teaching your son this every night and weekend." We aren't above helping our student succeed, but we didn't go to school to be educators. If you are trying to get something better than public school I would not suggest challenger.

My child has been going here for about 6 months. While she is still relatively young I am blown away every night at her knowledge. Over winter break she said she was so excited to go back. The teachers and staff are so helpful and cheerful every day. I can't say enough good things about this school. Definitely worth it!
