I tired to schedule a flight review with their Ogden location. I was asked to fill out the usual paper work prior to flying with them which wasn't an issue however they were very adamant that I provide copies of my proof of citizenship. I inquired why I had to provide that information as the TSA does not require it for flight reviews and I was told by their manager that the TSA requires for any flight longer then 1 hour. This is not supported by the TSA. They went ahead and scheduled me with an instructor and told me that a flight review consisted of 1.5 hours of ground and 2.5 hours of flight. Again i was perplexed where they came up with this. As a flight instructor myself I always tailor my flight reviews to the needs of a student I would not require a student to fly for 2.5 hours if they can demonstrate their proficiency in less time. The next day they called me and told me the instructor they booked me with was unavailable and they would contact me with a new date to do my review. I have never heard back from them. This is probably for the best. As a instructor myself and business owner I was not impressed with the knowledge or customer service that Bountiful Flight showed me. I had high hopes for the new school replacing G&B but it appears to be a lot of the same.

My husband and I went on an intro flight for his birthday. It was amazing! My husband was so excited to assist in flying the plane. I was terrified to go. However, it ended up being one of the best activities we have done together. Our pilot, Sean, was so nice and informative. He kept checking on me and made sure that I was comfortable. The ride was smooth and exciting. (He mentioned that the flights are smoother in the morning.) I can't recommend it enough. We will definitely go again!

Absolutely amazing! I wanted to do this to give my 6 yr. old boy his first flight experience & birds eye view of the Great Salt Lake & Antelope Island. What an incredible 1st flight experience for Gage. Breathtaking. Sean Richins is a very knowledgeable & is a highly experienced pilot. He made it fun, he was personable & professional. We felt safe every moment being up there. I'd recommend this to anyone young or old. Very reasonably priced. ---(Not paid, not sponsored)---

This place is amazing, it was my first time sitting in the pilot seat! I did a 30 minute introduction flight, but the flight instructor made me feel as if I was Co pilot of the plane (in a good way). They are extremely safe, and very fun to learn from. If you have ever wanted to fly an airplane, then I highly suggest going to bountiful flight! I promise you will not regret your experience!
