My children have attended Sweethaven Christian Academy for 7 years now. I currently have three children in the school. It is an excellent school. The teachers genuinely care about their students. They work hard to provide an interesting, enjoyable, Christian education. The school takes great care to provide for the well-being and safety of each student. I highly recommend!

I have gone here and it is amazing they treat you like family when the students do something bad sometimes it gets out of hand but other then that its the best school

If i could i would rate this as zero stars or negative one stars. My older brother has attended this school for the past eight years and I have attended the Master Clubs. I had stop going to Master Clubs simply because i was getting tired of it. This is supposed to be a time to get all the horrible things out of my mind but being here would have made it worst. And my older brother was getting bullied because of his height and how "cheap" this family is. This should be bully-free and this should be a wonderful start for new kids not a time where they have to start telling everyone how bad this school is.

I have two kids in Sweethaven. My family has gone here for several years. I have one kid in the preschool and one kid in the elementary. I don't normally do reviews, but saw the two bad reviews (obviously made by a mom and dad from the same family) below and could not help but chime in. So, I made an account just to review. Sweethaven is a good school. I know the twin boys referenced below in the bad reviews. It is very difficult to get expelled from Sweethaven. The rules are very reasonable (you can read the handbook online), my kids (and all of their friends) do not have any trouble at all. Basically they only explel children who are highly disruptive or endanger the safety of others or themselves. While walking down the hall bringing my kid to class, I have seen one of these kids being violent towards a teacher and running away. My child has told me stories of their bad behavior and how she had trouble hearing the story at story time because he was screaming. She also told me he hit another boy. Would you want that type of child in your class with your kid? I believe Sweethaven honestly has the best intentions of all the children in mind. These kids that were expelled (or asked to leave, or however it is done) were either not ready for the program or being taught that they could do whatever they wanted at home. Also, in reading these two reviews. You can tell the reviewers were upset and venting in the heat of the moment. In fact, they contain some outright lies. Children are never harassed. The teacher in question is not new, but is quite experienced. They have always been honest with me and carefully document all behavior issues. (The documentation is very thorough). These two parents have a reputation among the other parents as being difficult. The father is particularly unpleasant. Anyway, that went longer than I intended! It is a very good school. The kids are extremely safe and loved. They have a great reputation in the community. Do not hesitate to sent your kids here because of a couple bad reviews from people who are mad their kids god expelled.

Great school, everyone is very attentive and makes you feel like family. I agree with the other parent, if your child seems to have a problem here it's more than likely something they're bringing from the homefront. Private school isn't for everyone that's why it's called PRIVATE school.
