Do not apply here, they waste your time. i had an interview, they hired me on the spot they gave me papers to fill out to go get my finger prints done, and to do my 10 hr training, and to get my TB test done. I let the manager know in my interview that i had a misdemeanor for nothing serious, or anything to do with children . she told me that wouldn't be a problem so i continued to do all the stuff she told me. i payed 25$ for the TB test, 10$ for my high school diploma copy and 5$ dollars for my finger prints. i kept calling to get updates on the status, so i could work and they said they was going call me back but never did. If i didn't continue calling they would have not let know that i was denied. so iv'e been wasting my time waiting for a call back when i could have been applying for jobs. Really think the whole process was very unprofessional and misleading.

My kids attended Minnieland for 2 years. In the beginning, the staff was friendly and great with the kids and I had no issues. However as leadership evolved my childcare account became more difficult for the staff to interpret since my children were receiving Naccraa assistance. There were instances when one week we paid one amount and the next week it would double. Eventually the woman in the front I believe named Tracey had messed up accounts to the point of no return that the head office had to send an auditor to review our childcare account and we were due a credit. The before and aftercare room is just that, care. They do not help your kids with homework, but prefer to rush the kids outside as soon the bus arrives to avoid the whole homework tasks. Snack is another story, one day I walked in to pick my kids up and the kids were a bit loud, well the caretaker said that if they didn't quiet down they would not get their snack. I reported this to the director however nothing came out of it. Avoid this Minnieland, they cannot balance accounts and threaten not to feed your kids. The staff is also far from friendly, barely say good morning when you drop it pick your kids off. By the way I'm still sitting for a credit to my account and my children no longer attend Minnieland.
