We used Legacy for the first time in 2017. Lesley was very knowledgeable with travel recommendations that fit our wish list perfectly. On that trip, we encountered a weather related delay. This is where the priceless value of Cathi and team Legacy saved the day by helping coordinate logistics in that unplanned circumstance. The next day we were back on track and it was a memory making trip. We highly recommend using a travel agent, as the value is priceless. And when you choose, consider Legacy. We are fans for life.

I was nervous about using a travel agent. Legacy was great! They booked an awesome ski trip for my family and included very detailed information about everything. They were awesome!

Legacy Travel in Plano has now helped us with four trips, the last to Italy and Switzerland. Each trip has been meticulously planned with hotel rooms from charming and historic to elegant and pampering. Transitions with flights, trains, transfers to hotels, etc. have all gone smoothly. We have found the people at Legacy to be knowledgeable, efficient and very responsive. We look forward to planning our next trip with their help. J. Parmer

"My husband and I had an AMAZING trip. I cannot say enough great things about Legacy Travel. From the very beginning of planning the trip, your team, Erin, provide EXCELLENT customer service. Erin listened to my “wish list” regarding our dream vacation and she not only met but she exceeded our expectations. Prior to leaving, we were provided with great travel tips and information. Upon arrival, our transportation was prompt, despite our flight being delayed. The hotel was outstanding and what a wonderful and “sweet” surprise to receive a note and chocolates from Legacy Travel. I must also recognize Audrey. Once Erin, personally notified me that Audrey would take over for her, it continued to be smooth sailing. Audrey jumped in and she too was fantastic. I could go on and go about the wonderful and professional service I received from Legacy Travel. My husband and I are life long customers. Additionally, I have been telling and providing family and friends about your company. We are looking forward to booking our 2018 vacation with Legacy Travel. Thanks again to you and your team for making our Hawaiian vacation a dream come true."

We used Nicki S. and I would not recommend her to anyone. She was less than helpful and took days to respond to any type of inquiry. She quoted me multiple prices for the same trip and couldn't tell me what the difference was and never sent me a breakdown when asked. When booking my trip I was told that I had to upgrade our rooms in order to get them next to each other. I did. The week before our trip I wanted to confirm they were next to each other and was sent a text saying that my "request" had been resubmitted to the hotel. Request. After she straight up told me we had to upgrade to get them next to each other. When I called to inquire about whether or not the transportation company would have a car seat for my 2 yr old, she "couldn't" talk to me (I shouldn't have been surprised, this was the usual treatment) and tried to have a co worker convince me that the best thing to do was to check our car seat, stow it in our room at the resort. I asked for pricing on renting and it was only 15 bucks. I'm confused as to how that was the best option for me. I believe, base on our previous interactions, that she just did not want to have to set it up. Even though she knew we had a little one when we booked seeing as to how they get ages and dates of birth for everyone going. Also, when we got to Cancun we had no ride to the hotel. We were not listed. Luckily, our children were so the transportation company added us on and took us with them. While we were at the resort, I received an email from her asking how it was going as did everyone who went with us. I responded and let her know about the issues I had with transportation. My friend (who had no issues) also responded to let her know it was going great. We sent these emails together within minutes of each other. She received a response from Nicki and I received nothing until after we had already arrived home. Which she knew because she booked our trip. She simply chose not to respond til it was too late. Very disappointed in the horrible experience. Will just do it all myself next time.
