Great company, AAA!

I worked for the company for 10 days from March 13 to March 23, 2017. They withhold pay, their systems are antiquated, the company culture is all about sales and profit. You should be aware of that as a customer. they may take advantage of you too.

I requested a quote on insurance from AAA and got some bimbo named Tamora Williams in Michigan part of MSC Insurance Sales/The Auto Club Group that contacted me back. The rates were very high so I sent back what we currently have on the vehicles for coverage as well as how much is being paid right now and she didn't respond. So I emailed her again and she finally responded and told me to go contact someone in New Mexico about getting insurance. That makes no sense. I had planned to have the vehicles registered to a New Mexico LLC (only for privacy purposes - not to do business), but both vehicles are being kept and driven in WI and no other insurance company stated this was an "Issue" and told us to call anyone in New Mexico. So I inquired as to why and never got a response. I don't think Tamora (obviously an uneducated black drone sales person with no clue) knew what the hell she was doing and wanted to just "get rid of me" and fob me off on someone else. Well, guess what, I will be more than happy to go to another agency all-together to get a decent quote, which apparently she is quite incapable of giving me.

Horrible Claim Experience! I wish I could give them a 0 put you have to put at least one star. The claim guy that came out to look at my home was rude and insulting. I had to hire an attorney to assist me with my claim.
