This agency is wonderful. I've planned two vacations with them and will soon plan my 3rd. I have worked with two of the agents and both "dropped everything" to help me with all of my questions and concerns. Alice has great knowledge and has given me very helpful info. She was able to help me make decisions based on my dates of trip, length and budget. She is wonderful. Its a pleasure knowing that I can take an exciting trip and not miss a thing. I very much recommend this agency.

Absolutely awful! Ive sent them several emails requesting a quote for a trip and after about 3 emails i get a response saying she'll send one over " right now". Well days later still no quote. So i send yet ANOTHER email. She sends over 1 quote of which didnt have the amount of time i was looking for, so I send back a response and its been over a week AGAIN with no response...no other quotes. Ill take my money and go to another travel agency. These ppl obv don't care.
