Very Efficient with the time of travel for over 300 miles. The waiting area/bathroom needs improvement.

This company is horrible first off they were late with pick up ok fine but the destination on the ticket the bus driver didnt want to take me and my 10 yr old to. Then i asked him y he said no i dont know call the company i call the company no answer. On top of that he had told about 10 other Asians or chinese to stay on and was making me get off i said take me to the address on my ticket when he seen i wouldnt get off he had them get off and took me 2 the parking garage and left me and my son there. Stranded. Mind you the bus parking garage is in brooklyn my stop was 3 bowery in Manhattan Im now standing for the police. He wouldn't even speak with the emergency operator he left us there.
