Wonderfully helpful, expert advice. Planned an amazing four and a half week adventure for us in Australia. Everything down to the last detail went like clockwork. Genuinely, the trip of a lifetime.

This used to be our favourite travel agent and we have used them for all our big trips. However, they now only seem to be interested in selling cruises and overpriced tours. Recently we went in there to discuss booking a RTW ticket and the agent we spoke to wasn't very helpful. Went from excited to deflated. Visited STA the following day and they said what we wanted was no problem and booked it for us.

I went into Trailfinders quite naive in August 2015. We planned a year away starting in June 2016. A trip of a lifetime- London- Singapore ( stop over) - Bali - Australia - Thailand - Hong Kong - London. I thought I had a great deal till I found out I was given the worst timings . Still I went on with these flights as a refund was not possible and the cost of changing was so expensive. I made it to Bali and unfortunately broke my wrist in a accident. I informed Trailfinders who said they would refund me back about £100. I had paid over £1000 and then received a refund of £38.45. I will never use this company again. They took my money and will sell my tickets to make more money- day light robbery. They also said I can't move those same flights to a later date as I missed 1 flight so all other flights were subsequently cancelled.... I was in a accident, I could not get on a flight to Australia!!! I hate this company...
