First of all I would like to point something very important. One of the people who previously wrote the review - Sanja Djukic used to (and maybe still does) work for Axioma. Another writer - Goran Dukic is most likely her spouse given the same last name and the profile picture of the same child. Therefore, Axioma has their employees and their families write positive reviews about the agency! Very sad! Second of all I also (unfortunately) purchased 3 refundable tickets from them at the beginning of the year. Our flight was canceled and we were never notified of the cancellation. We asked for our refund and they have refused to return it with argument that the airline has to refund the money. Well, the payment was made to Axioma, so of course the airline is saying that we need to reach out to the travel agency ( see the excerpt from the email sent by the airline company). I believe that only way we will get our money back is we file complaints to BBB, Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Trade Commission (FDT), State Attorney’s office - which I will do. I encourage everyone who has been cheated by these fraudsters! Shame on you Axioma! You are stealing money from honest, hard working people! Please do your part and file the complaints against them. The more complaints submitted, will urge the agencies to conduct thorough investigations and take steps to stop Axioma from continued fraudulent activities.
