Saw an advertisement in the Sunday AZ Republic paper about a British Isle tour from Stewart Travel in Scottsdale which was on sale. Contacted them immediately (Sunday) and left my request on the voicemail for a brochure to be sent to me. Three days later received the packet with full detailed information on all the tours they had available for the 2013 season. After viewing all the packages decided on the British Isle tour. Contacted them back with my decision for a September tour and they were prompt in taking my reservation and explaining to me fully what was required for me to buy the tour package. Stewart Travel (Pam) was very prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the process. As its gets closer to the trip I will follow up with more details. 0413/13 Sent in my ppl and travel insurance payment and received not only an email with confirmation of receipt but 2 weeks later my travel companion and I both received another confirmation in the mail with travel data.

I met the staff of Stewart Travel at the Scottish Highland Games in Phoenix in Feb. 2008. They had a travel booth at the festival. The woman I spoke with seemed knowledgable and told me her boss, the owner of the company, Pam Stewart had been to Ireland and Scotland many times and they would be happy to put a vacation package together for me. I left my phone number and was called the first day after the festival was over. I spent about an hour on the phone with Pam Stewart, giving her all the travel info I could about my upcoming trip to Ireland and Scotland in May 2008. She seemed confident and said she would put a package together for me and get back to me in a day or two. I also asked her to email me so that I could have her address. A week went by and no email or call...I waited for 9 days and called her back. I gave her my name and told her that I was waiting for the travel iterinary that she had promised to put together for me. She confused me with another client, said she was really busy, was on the phone but would call me back later that night with a package. Well, I waited and waited....now another week has gone by and still no word from this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TRAVEL AGENCY AND OWNER!!! She should have told me from the very beginning that she was too busy to handle anyone's plans and I could have found another agent 2 weeks ago!!! She did not even have the decency to call me back this week and tell me that she couldn't do the work...!!!!
