Great way to get a visa to visit China!

Apr 5, 2017
I called the office politely to ask a general question after purchasing the ticket from them. The senior lady who answered my call is very rude and had no patience. The worse service I have ever seen. Will give negative rating if i could.

They'll be glad to take your money for the airline ticket purchase. Unfortunately, I had to change my travel dates to coincide a memorial service in Taiwan. A call to the agency, I was directed to call China Airline to do that although I questions its procedures. Promptly I called China Airline; a new itinerary schedule was rearranged. There would be a fine of $100 of doing so. I was advised to arrange payment thru travel agency. So I call World Air Travel again, agent, again, advised me to deal with China Airline to arranged the payment. Because they would have to charge $180 for the service. I asked them why the $80 difference. I was told they have to pay the ticketed department at China Airline. So I call the China Airline to express my displeasure. A consumer is caught in between its bureaucracy. China Air agent patiently explained, Travel agent should only charge $100 from customer as China's ticketing department will not change that questionable $80. My gripe is not the fine, it's this agent will not put an effort to help its client any way they can. I like to remind them what they are selling is service. Otherwise, what are they offering to its customers? I can simply purchase my ticket thru the web.
