Robert went above and beyond and completely proved why having a travel agent is the best way to make your vacation experience the most enjoyable. When my wife first told me she wanted to seek out a travel agent for our honeymoon i was confused because every other trip we've done we've just googled the net to death till we thought we found the best bang for our buck. This is a long story so buckle up.. In the beginning we told Robert nonstop to Cancun! So he found great flights and this really sick all inclusive that one day i would love to enjoy. About a month before our trip my now wife got a case of the everyone is going down with the Zika virus and told Robert to cancel the trip. He somehow gave us a full refund and said no worries, let me know if we can be of service in the future. Well 2 weeks later we decided on the big island of Hawaii. We had looked at a couple of hotel and flight options on our own and emailed Robert to see what he could do. Not only did he find nonstop flights, the 2 hotels we requested but he got it for cheaper and it included a convertible. Very stoked. Everything went seamlessly up until the 2nd hotel checkin. I was fine with it, it had an ocean view but the mrs. well she thought it was too dated and it had a bit of an odor. She wanted to check back into the 1st hotel, but unfortunately it was sold out. She called Robert asking if there was anything he could do..well here's what he did.. he got a full refund of the current hotel and got us checked in to a sister hotel of the 1st. So it was an absolutely amazing honeymoon and i can say with complete confidence that Robert with Freedom Vacations is the best way to go when planning your vacation.
