I was looking for their address in Google when I saw the Google reviews. I was quite surprised since my family has bought tickets and tours from them for years and we never had an issue and in fact were pleasantly surprised when they gave very personable service. I understand their other offices have more employees than at this one. In the Persian community they are the most well known and reliable. Looks like you have misspelled their name, it's Amiri with only one i at the end.

Very rude, they don't know how to speak to a customer over the phone.

The most horrible experience I have ver had at an agency. I spoke to Mr.Amiri and was very disappointed in the way he treated me on the phone. He gave me a price estimate and said if i can even afford to purchase a ticket. I was talking when he hung up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY AT ALL.

Bad costomer service

I called to make reservation for my trip to Iran. I found the reservation agent very rude and impolite. He coded me for business class to Tehran $3, 500.00 and to Mashhad $7,000.00, and when I nicely asked him why there is such a big difference since the business class is only to Doha he got mad and his answer was "that is how they give us the rate" why you are asking question and he hung up on me. I called back and find out he was Mr. Amiri the owner of the agency. As a person who answer the phone his manner was not acceptable, and did not know the meaning of phone ethicate. Definitely I don't trust people like that handle my traveling!!
