I love this place. Best travel agency in America. Hands down the best service.

Came here to get my JR Rail Pass for Japan. They were very helpful and easy to find. They also have two parking spots for guests in the underground.

Wish I could give this place 10 stars. Made our first trip to Japan a breeze! I worked with Ms. Reiko who not only answered all of our travel questions, but also helped us get the essential for our journey: 1. JR rail pass - you get the exchange voucher from here and then you trade it fo the pass from the airport or major rail stations in Japan. You can activate it for a later date if need be 2. Mobile hot spot - 10 day rental came to $80 and it worked through all of Japan for the 2 of us 3. Limousine bus service from Narita - this one was huge. The voucher can be traded in for a bus ticket at the airport and hotels can make reservations from the voucher on the return trip. They do not carry Ghibli tickets, but can assist with the process/info. Highly recommended to stop by here before heading to Japan!
