I go back to Japan once a year and New Japan Travel always takes care of my air reservations and hotel bookings. All of the staff there (especially Sylvia and Yoshi) know all the "ins and outs" of Japan so they can give you the best advice on where to go and what to do. Personalized assistance! That's what I received at New Japan Travel. I recommend them for any first time or veteran traveler to Japan.

This was my first trip to Japan so I needed an experienced travel agent with knowledge of where to go and what to do in Tokyo. Yoshitaka and Sylvia helped my group and I plan the trip and they took care of the ticket booking and JR rail pass. In my research, I found out that this travel agency has been around for many years so I had a good feeling that I could trust their opinions and knew that they would get all the travel bookings and accommodations taken care of. They definitely came through for us. Thank you!

The owner is amazing at giving me direction for passport/visa. He did everything for me. Miss the days when we used travel agents. I booked my travel through the office manager, Susie, and she did everything I asked and more. My trip was flawless and everything was taken care of...from flights, car, hotel and even activities. Attention to detail was incredible. New Japan Travel is AMAZING!!!
