We have used Gold Key for our travel needs and have happily recommended them to friends all over the U. S. as well. Our last major trip was to Australia and New Zealand and it was amazing! We can't thank them enough for planning every detail. (Land, sea, air and kayak!!) Our next trip will be with friends from 4 different states for a cruise in the Mediterranean area. Gold Key has taken into consideration our requests, made suggestions and handled the bookings for each of our friends. We have all been happier for it!

We always use Gold Key for our international trips, and they are exceptional. They are prompt, friendly, well-informed, and listen to what you want from your trip to help give appropriate advice. They make the planning and booking process so smooth and easy!

Gold Key Travel went the extra mile for us. We had many questions during our planning period and Char saw to it that they were all answered, even seeking further help on a ship's credit we preferred. Gold Key is the gold standard in travel agencies for me.

As soon as they found out I was not planning a five star vacation, one of the agents began talking down to me, and I could tell she just wanted me out of there, as if I was wasting her time. Decided to try again with a diffferent agent, and didn't receive much of a response. Very disappointed. I understand that they need to make money, but they could have treated me with more respect instead of looking down on me. Found a different travel agency in Loveland called Loveland Travel King. They were EXTREMELY kind to me and assisted me with everything I needed, and I booked my tickets with them instead.

Char helped use tremendously with our European travel and Mexico last summer for a wedding.
