The seats are really small and uncomfortable; it feels really cramped when someone sits next to you. There is barely any cushioning on the seats or arm dividers between the seats. The buses are usually late arriving to Denver, the 6:30am bus from Fort Collins usually doesn't arrive until after 7:45, but it's supposed to arrive at 7:35. I don't understand how they can charge so much for this bus when it is the bare minimum for comfort and late most of the time.

Drivers are friendly safe drivers but the Wi-Fi could use a boost I had to use my personal data on the return trip

My daughter has a service animal and she purchased a ticket to Colorado springs, and they denied her the ride when she was already on the bus, because of her service animal, AND THEN will not give her a refund! I am furious, it is against federal law to discriminate upon disabilities, and that was all the money she had.

This first part is a customer help review. Read second for on the bus. When I called for a ticket issue, the guy had no idea what was doing on let alone what office he was in. I had a ticket issue and he just told me that "he didn't know how to do that." So I asked to speak who someone who knew and that seemed impossible as well. If the tickets were refundable I would rather deal with Greyhound. And that is saying something. HOWEVER!!! Upon boarding the bus James, the driver, was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The bus is clean, and in this instance, half an hour early. Great experience with the actual riding portion! I have not had a driver be so friendly and considerate of his passengers. This guy deserves more than what he is currently getting paid.

I've used it several times to go from COS to Denver. Found it to be economical, clean, and all f the drivers were courteous and professional. There was a handicap gentleman one trip who didn't have enough money to get to where he was going. The driver's were very polite and took the time to clearly explain that their "hands were tied" and due to company policy, they were not allowed to "let him slide", so it was nice to see several passengers pitch in to help the guy out. It was nice to see my fellow humans jump to help another. Says something about Bustang riders as well if you ask me. Would love to see weekend service!
