Well it’s a good thing I was able to book my own honeymoon because if I waited for help from this place I’d still be waiting! I contacted Karen Cymbalista around the beginning of november. I reached out to her a few times after she got the initial information she needed from me and told me she’d have ideas for me within a couple weeks. It’s now midway through January and I still have received no response. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I will NEVER go through AAA again nor recommend it. It is completely unprofessional to make your customers feel like they mean nothing. If I didn’t want the protection of road support for my car, I’d stop using AAA all together. Don’t ask Karen for help! Take my advice and go somewhere else or just do the research on your own. So lucky my mother could help me find a honeymoon since I wouldn’t have one thanks to AAA.

Never trust AAA when you truly need them. My AAA battery bought in November failed this morning and there were no road people available. I wasn't even put in a queue. I kept getting a 4-tone fail call, how is this okay? I'm a 12-year member but NO MORE. I was stranded and no one at AAA cares. They should be prepared and have sufficient boots on the ground, this is garbage planning and all involved should be fired.

Leslie Lee helped us plan our trip to Hawaii. She was extremely knowledgeable with our destination as well as my needs as a wheelchair disabled traveler. Our flights and accommodations were as close to perfect as you can get!

Unbelievable. I am stuck in a ditch in the snow and the supervisor on the phone number you call for help says that this is not covered. It's because the street is plowed as well as a driveway next to me? I will NEVER sign up for AAA again and will advise all of my associates not to as well.
